The long awaited moment has arrived. We have received approval, and we are officially registered as an association made up in the register of associations of the Region of Murcia.

That means that we have acquired a number of rights, but also a series of obligations. I will go gradually catching up.

I also, as representative of the board, to point out a number of important points:

• Enrollment in the registration questions, and therefore the legalization of the association, not a goal but a starting point. Now we have to start working on a lot of important things: obtaining a VAT, the tax exemption (which we managed), obtaining insurance, set permissions, etc ... In all this begins to work the Board immediately.
• At present, the association is composed of only three members of the Constituent Board. All other signatories of the original act are only promoters of legalization, and not form a legal part of the association until it is sitting on record the first list of members after the first official meeting. That is, until they convene such first meeting of the General Assembly of the association, although legal, we remain somewhat in limbo. It is important that you have in mind.
• Consequently, after the first meeting of the Board immediately we will have to prepare all the information we want you to have (Clear and transparent) will convene a General Assembly meeting at which it is important that asistáis (or deleguéis asisgtencia) all those who will, finally and firmly, to commit to the partnership: in compliance with the rules, financial support , etc.
